Currently there are one or two very large rooms available in this completely newly renovated house. Everything has been done, inside and out, brand new floors, windows, heating and central AC, new rugs, whole new kitchen, new two full baths, everything! It is a 4 bedroom house with an indoor porch, large living room, really short walking distance to many many things.
Currently the move in date is set for April 1st. I will consider a month to month (tenant at will scenario) or any type of lease, depending on your situation. The other two people living there are myself and my friend. We are both recent college grads with professional jobs, extremely laid back, very respectful of everyone, and really just enjoy hanging out playing video games or watching movies.
The rent is 600 per person...great price to live in a brand new place which is situated very close to many places.
