I have 1br in a 3br apartment in somerville available from March to June 30th with the option to renew after that. The room is 12' by 13' in size with hardwood floors and large windows. The apartment has a large kitchen and living room as well as a front and back porch. If you need storage space there is some in the hallway and in the basement. There is a laundromat directly across the street and bus service also across the street. Davis square is a 10 minute walk away where you will find restaurants, shopping and the red line subway.
Your roommates will be two working professionals in their mid twenties. Looking for someone who is laid back yet fairly neat and responsible. The rent is $600 plus utilities and requires first and last month deposit to move in.
